We were in 2 rooms and they were both very comfortable and well stocked.
We had an evening meal there and also a breakfast. All of the food was well cooked and delicious.
The service we received from every member of staff was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic staff, nothing too much trouble. Very welcoming. Food was excellent. Gorgeous cooked breakfast. Rooms really comfortable. We would recommend if visiting Hay on Wye in rural location, elevated views.

Passable cottage but not suitable for older people, stairs...
Passable cottage but not suitable for older people, stairs very difficult with only rope to hold on to. No accessible garden for dog, had to walk along road with no pavement and into field with sheep and resulting poo.
No private bathroom.
