Within easy walking distance from ferry port, staff very courteous, kind and friendly. I stayed in a single room which was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a faded splendour, and although there were stains on the carpet the room itself was very clean.The room was very quiet and I did not hear any noise from other guests, however, single glazed windows, and of course city centre traffic, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs.
As other guests have mentioned, the hotel would benefit from some redecoration, however, I felt that this was reflected in the very cheap price.
Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was beautiful and the food was great! Also spoke to some of the members and they were lovely and made me feel very welcome along with the staff.

Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and attractively furnished with a tranquil outlook over the rear garden. Close to the beach for my early morning swim in gorgeous cove. Breakfast was generous and delicious.
