I liked the location, very close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, we had some lovely walks. The staff was really nice and friendly, accomodating our needs. Complimentary water and coffee/tea and biscuits in the room every day. Breakfast was ok, although they repeated the same variety of foods every day, including fruit.
