The Hotel itself is amazing, with many great architectural elements from its previous life and fantastic grounds around it. The rooms were comfy and the food was some of the best I have had in many years of travelling for business!

I love this hotel, we try to book the room with bath and shower.
The bed is so comfortable, and the room is peace.
Didn't manage to have an evening meal this stay but had a great breakfast.
Ideally situated between two large towns. Telford centre is a short 8minute drive then Shrewsbury is about 15-20minute drive. Both accessible by train or bus if preferred where Wellington has both stations. Wellington is a market town too where the Indoor and outdoor market is held on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Plenty of stalls and eating establishments within the market area too as well as Wellington having plenty of cafes, pubs and eating places.

Wellington is a beautiful place with lots of friendly and helpful people. There was lots to do in and around the area. I can’t wait to come back and visit. The market was so wonderful the people who worked there were so friendly. The whole place was very clean.

The place was really charming with unique decor, slightly unusual but very homely. Our family room was of a decent size with everything in it one needed and some extra touches such as fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was good and our Host very welcoming and accommodating.

being a disabled person, who relies on public transport. I liked both the train and bus station being just off the town centre. I also liked that it had got a nice selection of shops and an indoor market. There were also plenty of places to find something to eat.

Wellington looks like it was once a lovely market town - run down & closed shops/charity shops everywhere now - but there were a couple of good places to eat and have a drink - needs some regeneration & then town could be lovely again. We stayed because it had a reasonable hotel rate and was near to attractions in Shropshire like Ironbridge & Shrewsbury.
My stay was for work, but next time will be for leisure
The house is a delight and so tastefully set
Communication re check in very good as i was arriving late
The room was warm and just perfect , infact for a little B&B its better than many 4 star hotels iv stayed in
Sandie cooked breakfast of my choice which arrived hot and perfect poached eggs
The room was spotless and i can see why its always busy....

I booked this place, received an e-mail confirmation that my booking had been confirmed. Drove 3 hours down there to be told there was no room available. A huge inconvenience. The Hotel and booking.com need to get your act together!!!!
The house is just lovely and Sandi was so friendly. It was so nice to have a homely, interesting place to stay rather than sterile hotel with no atmosphere.
