We came for a show in New Brighton, we stayed 2 nights & enjoyed it apart from the place where we'd originally booked as it was filthy. We had to book alternative accommodation as it was unlivable.

What I'm used to really. It's a small town on the outskirts of a big city. Just what you would expect. Nice little park across the road from where we stayed which we could walk through to get to the docks.
Lovely little micro pub called The Drunken Landlord.

It was filthy.
It was filthy. Not the odd thing missed as there were cobwebs. Dirty oven, microwave and sofa heavily stained. I’ve date stamped photos to prove the state of the property. No lightbulb in the landing so it was also unsafe. Outside bins overflowing! Bath hadn’t been cleaned and we won’t even talk about the toilet! The property is not maintained they just take money without caring about the state it’s let out in. I’m a landlord myself and they just give us a bad name.

Wallasey is a poor downtrodden working-class community that nevertheless has great amenities. There is a river walk along the Mersey, perfect for hiking/biking. There are paths high above the sea for walking. The houses are wonderful ~ old-fashioned 1890s to 1930s. It is really easy to get to Liverpool. The sea air is marvelous. Marine Point is a great place for dining, coffee or shopping for groceries. The historical buildings from the early 19th century are great.

Not as the advert stated - said it was a two bedroom appartement when in fact it was a 2 bedroom terraced house. I would not have stayed if known this. Stated it was air conditioned but there was none. Was told by the owner that the unit had bene stolen by a previous person and that they had not replaced it. Noisy neighbours who kept me awake until 2am shouting, tv on loud and singing. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owners should be embarrassed advertising it as a luxurious 2 bedroom appartement when in fact it is a 2 bedroom terraced house. No toilet upstairs.
The location was perfect just where we wanted to be, we went for a birthday party and it was a 10 minute walk to where the party was, right by the town, sea and ferry over to Liverpool. Great hosts it was Billy that was in touch with us, and neighbours were very friendly and helpful in directions to the local shop, everything you needed was there, all in all a great stay and if we visit again we will be back. I would recommend to family and friends
Lovely little annexe at the back of the house. Perfect size for our one night stay. Very comfortable, thoughtful extras added and the most perfect location for scenic walks. Our hosts Dawn and Steve were excellent, made us feel so welcome.
We parked our car sat morning next to house and didn't use again till we went home. Had breakfast at Driftwood cafe (definitely recommend), got a bus into Liverpool, great value and soo much easier.
The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family. It's very close to motorways and the Liverpool Tunnel and has a local shop within easy walking distance. Car Park is excellent and safe. Apartment was really well equipped and spotless. Kaveta is a great host contacting us before we arrived with precise instructions, there to show us round and arriving for checkout right on time - lovely personality as well!
The place was perfect for me and my son to stay whilst we went to Anfield for the football. Beds really comfy and having the outside space was nice.
Bakery next door is lovely and the Indian down the road was great. Only a 10 min walk to the beach and the train station with a 20 minute train to Liverpool.
Very friendly place, located within a 5 minute walk from Wallasey Village train station that’ll get you into Liverpool Central in around 20 mins. Room was very clean , a supermarket dead opposite and free parking. Perfect stay for a great weekend in this wonderful part of the UK 😊 I’ll definitely be back!
Really great location, my friend and I stayed here a few nights during Eurovision. It was an easy bus ride over to Liverpool. Conveniently located near the ferry, the river Mersey, and the promenade. Nice and quiet, facilities were updated. Host was super friendly, and check in was easy.
Loved the coziness of the place, great location to have a nice chill day after a concert in Liverpool! Dawn was so kind to us, thorough with giving us a tour around and even driving us to and from the station. Was fabulous, will definitely be back!
Decor, nicely presented. Carpeted. Nice shower. Large Tv, kettle and amenities. Access to a kitchen if wanted. Top floor skylight amazing views across the River over to Liverpool. Good sleep. Close to beach and a promenade walk.
For that price, nothing to complain about, because most people expect five star hotel services, pay little want more then they think, I'm happy for what we paid for and whole house, £72 per night four of us, very reason price
A spacious clean and comfortable apartment very close to the train station. I was worried as it was above a commercial property but this wasn't an issue as the village was very quiet. Exceptional value for money.
The location was great! It was near the oldest part of New Brighton and amidst a parade of shops and about a 1/2 mile walk down to Marine Point where you can find a Morrison's and Costa Coffee.
Large comfy room, linen spotless and fresh, quiet. Free onsite parking. Close to shops. Rail link into Liverpool within walking distance. Highly recommend both trades travellers and tourists
