Completely messed up my wife’s vegetarian request and the food came back after returning fried eggs for scrambled as swimming in grease.

Reported issues not dealt with, they lied that someone will come in at 11am to view but no one turned up. I checked out of the hotel unable to stay the second night paid for.

Great value. Convenient stop just off the M25 for travelling home. Everything great - check in, comfy bed, plenty of room, good bathroom with toiletries, useful restaurant downstairs and bar. Menu basic but what we had was good, especially the pizza. Good private parking off the road.

Great location next to the tube station, perfect as we were going to ABBA Voyage, free parking, breakfast included and a good price. Lovely staff all very nice and friendly and an excellent breakfast.
When you go into Upminster it has a good selection of shops.
When you go into Upminster it has a good selection of shops. and if you are going into London, then park in the station car park and get the underground. Parking after 10 am is £3 a day. District Line runs from Upminster all the way to Richmond.
