No breakfast but amazingly a small and compact Kitchenette within a wardrobe which could have been used for breakfast if needed.
Location was excellent for us, a couple of minutes walk to tube and cafes.
Smallish rooms but perfect for short stay.
Everything explained on arrival by helpful, friendly staff and standards appeared pretty high and customer focussed.
