This is our second stay at the crowne plaza. Lovely room, great breakfast. We both loved the modern pool and spa. Really enjoyed staying at this Hotel.

Comfortable room in lovely old pub. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our car in the car park while we went to London via the Elizabeth Line.

Key arrangements were very poor.... parking very poor with key not working on anti Park bar. Alos wanted more money 20 pounds per child surcharge. Plus 100pounds deposit. Which I didn't pay. These were not mentioned when booking.

Very run down, unclean streets, overflowing bins on pavements with unbelievable stench, excrement over walkways and rats running freely in the streets and alleyways.
The area seems totally neglected.
This is not a tourist area or indeed a recommended area to stay.
Parking requires permits for both AM & PM stays.
