Clean and comfortable, it is in Middlesborough city centre with secure private car park, difficult to fault but is it really worth more than the Premier Inn if you don't use the Gym/Pool ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable although the restaurant/bar area is not large The room was fine and comfortable. The parking charge was a reasonable £6 for overnight.

Nice shopping area at Tesside Park within a couple of miles. Good selection of places and amenities for shopping. Cab fare around £6.60 between most places.
A good selection of pubs and good food service.
A great Snooker, Billiards, Pool Cue and accessories supply shop and also Thornaby snooker club is nearby in centre of Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees. That was the main reason for my visit.
Snooker coaching by 3 different world snooker qualified coaches is also available in the Stockton-on-Tees area too.

A clean and pleasant suburb of the Stockton/Thornaby/Middlesborough built up area within walking distance (if you are a walker) of Stockton town centre and the Stockton Flyer. Plenty of places to park at no cost.

Great location for work, private parking & generally a beautifully presented apartment everything had been thought of tea, coffee, milk even bottled water & snacks. The apartment is like home from home couldn't fault anything & a great find for me as I travel frequently with work & been able to stay somewhere as good as the Retreat makes all the difference from a hotel room.
