Really nice hotel. Superbly furnished public rooms. Lovely bedroom with excellent bed and linen. Very comfortable. Pre-booked dinner was very good, well worth doing and honesty bar was well stocked. Excellent breakfast. Host very knowledgeable about Dartmoor and surrounding area.

Location was beautiful. Staff were excellent. I think the lady was called Karen. She looked after us when we arrived and at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble even gave us scissors to cut the sauce sachets. Food was also excellent.

The inn was located in a very quaint quiet village. The room was spacious, charming and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable making for a wonderful nights sleep.
No stone was left unturned with what one would require to make for a comfortable stay including the information book for guests. Very thorough and informative.
