The staff was super friendly, excellent breakfast and diner, nice pub, big room with very good bed, good location close to the railway station and near the bus stops to go to the Royal Marsden hospital.

The location was great for what we needed and there’s parking right outside the front. Check in was really simple and easy. The room was massive! I didn’t use the kitchen so couldn’t comment
Kettle with coffee in the room was handy. Plenty of toilet roll and towels were good

Terrible!!! Some stranger keep knocking the main door and hit my window at the nite, and they know the code and came inside the house. And another stranger come and they fight in the mid nite, Was one of the worst nights i ever had. I immediately inform to the landord but she did not respond.

The receptionist my partner and I spoke with was very kind, friendly and informative which made for a good start. We were only there for one night but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and in my opinion good value for money. Location is good for anyone who needs to travel around Croydon as it's a short distance away from both East Croydon and West Croydon, there are plenty of bus routes and also the tram.

Location was superb. Quiet & peaceful with friendly staff. Short drive to town & train station. Hot breakfast & pizzas available at dinner were fantastic

Mt reason for being in Sutton was to do with a hospital visit and I stay there when I have to. I like this hotel and staff very much and they are pleasant which is nice when you are on your own.
I didn't go out and about in Sutton and ate in the hotel.

Easy to travel from Airport to Sutton. Good quality travel service to and from London. Sutton has a variety of different shop and places to eat or just have a coffee plus many public houses if you want a drink.

The Greyhound hotel is in Carshalton a little place just outside Sutton which has a lovely park to wander around. There is a great cafe too The Galaxy serve absolutely lovely food at very good prices too.

Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company.
I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.

Staff were exceptionally nice very helpful booked myself and husband a cab to a place I had to visit the cheapest and best one, breakfast staff were also very nice all hard working polite staff made our stay lovely, perfect location if you want to visit London but next to Sutton Town 3 mins from train station
Hotel perfectly located 20 mins from Wimbledon where we were to travel the following day. Hotel room was lovely, comfy and clean. Restaurant was beautiful and food fantastic. Can't fault. Little town is picturesque too. We definitely want to return.
This hotel is situated within 5-10 minutes walk Sutton town centre. The food was really good - I had a chicken curry and it was yummy. There was ample parking which is essential when you have been driving for a few hours. I would recommend this hotel.
Location was very convenient for London and Surrey with good rail and bus links. The price was very reasonable. Local shopping was great. Parking was good.
