Communication and instructions from the owner were very good and clear. The accommodation was as described and very good. We were only there for the one night, but it fulfilled our needs very well. We particularly liked the outdoor furniture.

Everything was excellent 👌 .comfy bed powerful shower lovely decor.perfect
I love this place ! It was my annual holiday as a child and in the main very little has changed (which is its biggest attraction) Totally unspoiled (not sure about the new structure which is going up .. is this the start of new things or the loss of the real treasure of this spot .. am concerned) So much history , so much nature , if only the walks/scenery could be bottled .. pure joy !

Beautiful sandy clean beach safe for swimming.
Beautiful sandy clean beach safe for swimming. Small resort with a range of shops and amusements. Mablethorpe is close and has more facilities. There is an excellent ironmongers in Sutton with lots of things you may have forgotten to bring. Good bus service along the coast. A large leisure complex is being built on the front at Sutton and should be completed for 2025. We had a relaxing evening drink at a sea front bar and restaurant close to the pullover. Ideal for wheelchairs and mobility scooters as the promenade is smooth and accessible in both directions but becomes inaccessible all the way to Mablethorpe and to the south a diversion on to the road for a short way is needed to avoid thick sand in front of a block of apartments.

Public car parks takes cash as well as app. Clean.
Public car parks takes cash as well as app. Clean. Not enough seats in main shopping road. 2 eat-in fish and chips shops. Not a lot of charity shops, thank goodness. A full size 'Spar' supper market, co-op and post office. A quiet seaside town, not full of arcades. Not a lot for children, but a good base to stay after a day on the beach or visiting the noise Mablethorpe. .

This location is close to Skegness but you are not in Skegness.
There are many beaches close-by which are good to visit and take walks on. Nearby there are also many seal sanctuaries which can be visited. During November and the beginning of December you can witness the births of seal pups on the shores.

Sutton on Sea is a small quaint seaside town.
Sutton on Sea is a small quaint seaside town. Not overcrowded and for the size of it amenities for a nice relaxing few days holiday with the dog.
Enough eating places for the size of it and very dog friendly.
The beach is clean, and dog friendly, the people there are friendly, and the the Spar Supermarket and Co-op supply enough for your needs if you are self catering, But I would take some supplies of your own as things were a little expensive if you did a full shop. Would definitely. go back again
