Our room was on the ground floor, a huge bonus as I am unwell. The restaurant and bar areas are very light and airy, we didn't feel closed in, I had to spend the whole 3 days in the hotel with family coming to visit me, so this was important. Food was available all day. A great bonus, with different family visiting at different times, it was not possible to plan meal times. The parking was available to family visiting me which was great.

The Staff was really helpfull - John gave us some very practical information about the busses to the airport, as we had to go there around 4am.
