No fuss booking in and now the 11am departure is a real bonus. Being able to park is a plus as well. It's nice and close to the town centre. I use the hotel to visit friends, somewhere to stay over night.

The location was great. Staff were friendly. The hotel is in need of repair and upgrade. But for the money it's ok. The beds were comfy. Rooms fairly clean but don't expect it to be immaculate. We would stay again.

The Gordon Hotel is in a great location to explore historic Rochester, you really cant get much closer to the cathedral! The rooms although a little small were very clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was very good and the staff / family running the place really were super helpful and friendly.
