Didn’t eat breakfast. Would have liked a less formal area to have a tea or coffee.

Food was good, as was the location of the hotel. Sadly we had room at the front with lots of traffic noise. The hairdryer didn't work & restaurant menus in our room were way out of date!! Both of these I mentioned to the receptionist on departure.

Our room was spacious, beds very comfortable and pillows yummy. I could not fault the bedding. Breakfast was great. So much to choose from. Staff wonderfully helpfull. Within an easy 20minute walk to bars and restaurants. Supermarket right across the road. The only downside was the seagulls making a racket early in the morning. I have been told that's what to expect in Exeter. 😃
Very warm welcome, very friendly staff, nothing was too much...

You need to get use to narrow Devon lanes!
You need to get use to narrow Devon lanes! Excellent eating places near by e.g. Ruffwell Inn. Handy for Killerton a N.T. place and Tiverton with the canal, as well as Exeter being just down the road .
