The food we had for lunch and dinner the day before the wedding trip out to my nephews wedding at Baddow park the following day far exceeded expectations and kept us well nourished for our next very long and event filled day at the wedding. My son had your well looked after Guinness and others enjoyed your Taylors, myself your morretti, others prosecco all good. All facilities good and you maintained well despite one of your staff members getting her car pranged on the way into work, hope she's ok.staff all doubled up and maintained everything despite having to cover all roles due to the accident and all doubled up all roles well and kept us informed if they got to change or top up the room late because of the above. Excellent team work xxxx Julie

Very comfortable hotel, excellent parking and delightful surrounding gardens and grounds - always happy to return. Excellent dinner :) Breakfast too .
I loved the the staff and the layout of the hotel was traditionally done which gave me 17th century tudor vibes.the restaurant and the food was incredible considering that it was included in the hotel price. So in all the stay was very very accommodating.
The main Inn/Hotel was a gorgeous building and the bar and restaurant area beautifully decorated and cosy. Bathroom was sparkling with a very good shower. We also couldn't fault the staff - excellent welcome and very friendly service.
Lovely size deluxe room with nice decor and comfortable bed.The staff were friendly, attentive and appeared happy to do their job. Would recommend staying at the hotel or visiting for a meal.
Everything else was superb, the cleanliness was spot on, as was the staff, the amenities and the location. The hotel has been renovated to a very high standard and was very relaxing
The Gym is Fantastic for a hotel gym. and lovely facilities, sauna, steam room and Pool. The room was large with plenty of room to move about and the TV had great signal.
In general this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room is a good size and the bathroom is designed amazingly
