The room was large and comfortable, facilities were clean and comfortable. I had to leave before breakfast , but hadn't requested it. Staff were polite and efficient. . The hotel is different with lodges around the grounds which includes a lake and gardens- a very nice relaxing stay.

The location worked for us since we needed to be in South Ockendon. It was just around the corner from the people we were there to see. The house was clean and tidy, had just enough space, and served us well for the five nights there. The hosts were both lovely and very accommodating—they clearly wanted everything to be perfect, and this was demonstrated by their excellent customer service. Nothing was too much of a bother, and they responded swiftly whenever we needed anything. I really couldn't fault them for attentiveness and friendliness. There were sufficient consumables in the property. Although there was no dropped curb, we could still park the car in the paved front garden, which was very handy. We had a limited budget, and this property was one of the cheaper ones available, so the price was right.

Shower wasn’t hot and if someone paying should have a hot shower also everything was washed up if you loo at the pictures you wil see so please take a look properly
