This property was on a beautiful farm and in a majestic house. The room was spacious and very well appointed and had lovely courtyard views. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a few games of snooker on their full sized table.

The staff were courteous, helpful and lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and very clean. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would certainly stay there again when in dumfries. The sitting room was also very comfortable.

Lovely accommodation. 4 recently constructed rooms. Very clean, comfortable, modern, good sized, well equiped room with modern en-suite shower room, double patio doors leading onto a patio where there is a (free) hot tub, seaparate sauna, outdoor sofa and chairs, summerhouse with bottle fridge. It boasts a rural location near a waterfall and stream, but also very convenient for Dumfries (5 minutes away) or stopover on the way to or from Stranraer ferries via A75, and/or as a base for exploring South-west Scotland and Kirkcudbrightshire, Galloway and Dumfries. Breakfast was excellent with fruit, fruit smoothies and juice, cereals, and full cooked breakfast with veggie options. Nice and friendly hosts who can recommend local places for evening meals etc. A lovely, restful place to spend time.

Linda & Alex were so easy to get hold of, it was a lovely location. We were using it for work, but felt very relaxed and calm at the coach house. We had cupboard essentials and a few extra treats on arrival, everywhere was immaculate and clean. A really great stay, thank you so much!
