The property was small but clean (I had a single room) however it was more than enough for me for 1 day. Shower facility was good and bathroom overall. The host was lovely and helped me find the right address, he was helpful and super nice. If I’ll have to go to Manchester again I would definitely stay there again. Buses to city centre are about 8 mins from the flat. Buses are quite frequent and it is easy to get around

The rooms are lovely and clean, bed is very comfortable and the temperature control is handy. The automatic doors are closed at night too, guests can use their card keys to enter the building, so this added security is nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Charlotte the receptionist was not only very helpful, she was extremely, friendly, the room was lovely very clean and lovely furnishings and the bed was amazingly comfortable, best night sleep ever. Breakfast was brilliant and the owners hospitality, conversation and care was fantastic. Can’t wait to visit when the spa opens next year.

It was a perfect memory trip as we moved from Shaw 7yrs ago to Devon.
It has 6 cafes to chose from, a chippy, 4 pubs, hairdressers a plenty, a Tesco metro, a large Asda, Co-op, 2 taxi firms and a tram station just a short walk up the road. Also has a theatre that shows plays and even films occasionally and live acts.
There's a very nice Wetherspoons too.
