Staff kindness but still no one went out of their way for us to make the trip memorable or for us to come back. We even heard the cleqning supervisor telling off the cleaners. Breakfast was good with bottled water.

Staff are amazing, particularly Donna the Bar/dining service lady. She is so attentive, heartwarming and is one of the reasons why myself and my partner keep returning. Beautiful soul, works extremely hard and deserves a pay rise.
