Clean, cheap, parking in the back, good spot regarding beach and town. If you are spending more time outside and need just a place to sleep and shower, it's perfect. It's not 5 star luxury, but I wasn't aiming for that. I will be using it again.

Great location, friendly staff and lots of thought into helping their customers, such as a recommendation sheet for food and drinks and also clear visual description on the door of extras that were available on request, such as adaptors, iron and ironing board, extra towels etc.
