Fantastic Hosts. We were both made to feel welcomed. The location is brilliant and there's plenty to see. The facilities were of a high standard and the breakfast was to die for. I would highly recommend booking this establishment and engage with the hosts as soon as possible. As a vegan they contacted me straight away and made me feel valued before I even arrived.

The facilities and rooms were brilliant, really clean and comfortable. Andy and Amanda were excellent hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Pippin is really well placed for touring all around the area with good access to the surrounding coasts (North and South). A lovely quiet setting with great views of the surrounding countryside and the dark night skies.

Amanda and James have exquisite taste - the B&B is beautifully located and finished with large rooms, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was luxurious indeed. Hiking right from the front door, and easy access to all Exmoor has to offer. Highly recommended.

Newly renovated room. Comfortable and cosy. Lots of natural woods in the furnishings. Great shower /wet room. Nice bedding and towels. Easy to contact the host to arrange access as we were flying into the UK so not certain of arrival time.

Friendly, lovely, kind staff who were great to talk to & room so quiet that I was amazed how many other guests there were at breakfast! Not a sound. The breakfast was outstanding & catered for gluten free coeliac - knew the drill over grill rather than toaster for the bread, which is always reassuring! Room huge, comfortable and well presented. Really lovely trip.
