The perfect little property. It had absolutely everything you needed with shops and amenities literally on your doorstep! Will definitely be staying again when over that way. I can see how parking could be a problem but we stayed for two nights and didn’t struggle at all getting parked right outside (over a weekend too). The bed was incredibly comfy, we felt like we were at home.
In a stress-free setting beside the pretty River Wyre, Shard Riverside has great food and a traditional bar. Shard Riverside is a family-run, 4-star hotel on the Fylde Coast.

Beautiful location that was easy to find - lovely view of the River from the room. Room/bed was comfortable with plenty of tea/coffee facilites. Breakfast was lovely with a menu that is made to order. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money.
With views of Blackpool seafront, The Norbreck Castle Hotel is a short tram ride from the town centre. It has live entertainment, a sauna, spa and 18-metre pool.

We had a double room with a sea view. The room size was brilliant, very comfortable. The only downside was that the complimentary tea/coffee wasn't enough, and for the price we paid, we would have expected maybe some biscuits. The towels could have been a bit bigger. Compared to the double room we had last year at the back of the hotel, which we really disliked, this room was a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be staying again.
Forshaws Hotel - Blackpool stands as a splendid Grade II listed building. It has a great location, opposite North Pier on the popular seafront. Free WiFi access is available throughout.

A fabulous room, great big bed, nice seating area and spacious bathroom. Well placed for Blackpool Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Our room looked out directly into the park so we could watch all the rollercoasters coming past - but couldn't really hear them at all.
Situated on Queen’s Promenade with fantastic views over the Irish Sea, The Doric offers locally sourced, fresh food, 2 swimming pools and a spa bath. There is free parking available on site.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink (especially if you are real ale fan). It is an easy place to get round. The community is buzzing and friendly. If you want to travel further afield, the transport facilities are great. Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St Annes are all within easy distance.

Poulton le Fylde has a lovely village centre with several pubs, wine bars and eating establishments but at the moment -
owing to road works, diversions & numerous temporary traffic lights - driving around the Poulton area is horrendous. Stay away if you don't want to get totally frustrated

Poulton is a lovely place to visit with many coffee shops, good Booths supermarket and lots of good bars and restaurants. The town is only a short drive to Blackpool or also a good location to get to many other northwest towns.

Nice little town with good facilities.
Nice little town with good facilities. There is a Booth's grocery store which was something different. Very nice church and churchyard. Easy parking. Relaxing and peaceful to wander round. Difficult to get postcards and the ones I eventually found were £1.50 each. They should do some postcards as there is a lot for them to be proud of.

The hotel was beautiful and was situated on amazing picturesque grounds. Came here for my daughters 18th following a theatre show in Blackpool.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We even had the privilege of meeting and feeding the Alpacas in the morning after breakfast which was also delicious the way you can pick specific items off the menu too I liked alot. We will definitely be back
Nice hotel that was convenient for a course I was doing at the Marine academy nearby. Staff were friendly, car park had plenty of space, it was quiet at night, my room was a good size and had a desk. I didn't try the wifi or evening meal as I arrived late and left early. Breakfast was lovely and the service was pretty quick. Very good value.
We only stayed overnight, after attending a wedding and had to leave early the following morning. We didn't have breakfast, but there seemed to be a good choice of cereals. However the tea, coffee, & milk was welcome. Booking & access was straightforward, and a more reasonable price than two rooms in a hotel for such a short stay.
The accommodation is excellent whith many extras not always found in larger hotels. There is a TV, fridge, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer and tea/coffee making equipment. The mattress is very comfortable. A comprehensive continental breakfast is provided.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The room was very well presented, very clean.
Bathroom was very clean, if anything it needed a face lift, but then they do take a lot of ware and tear.
We chose a standard room which was small, if we where to return to the hotel again we would upgrade to bigger one.
The upscale interior design, the cleanliness of the apartments, and most importantly, right next to poulton le Fylde station. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good location.
