Very old Pup with gorgeous views across the river towards Fowey. There was a big bay window with seats to enjoy the view. Good food. We had breakfast and dinner at the pub. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bonus as it was right opposite the hotel and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts set us up for a day of walking, boat trips or sightseeing! We would certainly come back to this hotel.

Pelynt itself isn’t anything to write home about but a good location for access to Looe and Polperro. Bus service also good if you don’t want to take the car. The Coddy Shack recommended for fish and chips. The Blue Peter Inn in Polperro also really good.

Pelynt is a quiet village with a good pub, The Jubilee. Little Larnick farm is just out of the village. It is a few minutes drive to Looe, Polperro and other surrounding towns, villages and beaches that are well worth a visit.
