Parking was a hassle and stressful when we arrived plus the fire alarm went off so we couldn’t check in. When we finally did get in, the kind gentleman on the desk more than made up for the inconvenience and gave us a complimentary breakfast- this was without us complaining!
I like a bedroom to be very dark and although there were blackout curtains light still came in at the sides and underneath. Not sure what you can do about that!

Even though booking.com cancelled my full booking when I only asked to cancel one night and only refunded me half the money the hotel still got us a room.

We stayed on Saturday checked in at 2pm staff helpful even though it was busy and the room was gorgeous (bridgewater room). We booked in for tea before going out the food was lovely!
