We loved The Borough. It was a lovely large room with a good sized bathroom.
The staff were very easy to deal with and it was in a great spot.
There were some beautiful walks along the canal and river not too far away.
Overlooking Lancaster Canal, Toll House Inn is just metres from shops and restaurants. It has free Wi-Fi access, a bar and a restaurant. Toll House Inn is a historic building with bedrooms.

Fantastic place to use as a base, quiet village but on main route link to Morcombe, Windemere, lake district and Scotland. We visited loads of places of interest as well as our main focus, Cartmel races. Over Kellet also has a pub in walking distance with a friendly landlord who serves amazing food. Definitely recommend a stay in the village. Also a mile away from Capernwray Quarry dive site so perfect for scuba divers!
