Breakfast was incredible, the staff were super friendly and helpful with my intolerances. The hotel is decorated very nicely with plenty of little corners to tuck yourself away into for a quiet chat, games or people watching. The room was really comfy, the bed super luxurious and the biscuits were refreshed daily 😉. There were a couple of improvements to the room I thought could make it even better so I sent an email to the feedback email address with these and my overall experience and I had a very positive response back.
