Property was in a great location and only 15 minutes walk from the event I was attending.

The staff were so very helpful all the time. Aakanksha especially. She was very helpful and very responsive when I had questions before staying there so it was lovely to put a name to a face during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Check in and check out as well as access during our stay was seamless. We ended up staying 2 nights instead of 1.

Norwood is just around 30 minutes train ride from Gatwick airport. It can be a hub for exploring London in general because it’s not far either to go to the center by trains. With the right condition, London bridge can be reached in 15-20 minutes by train.
