1x staff member (Karen) tried to do 'Service recovery' once, but was let down by other staff. The second time of trying she made a cash adjustment which was appreciated.

Comfortable bed with clean bedding. Surprisingly good sleep on road side of hotel which is under extensive external refurbishment. Good food and restaurant service.
