Northing. ! I never got to enter the apartment. When I arrived there. No reception and I called to tell them I have arrived. They passed around to few people on different calls until some lady said to me they had to cancel my booking because they just realised there is covid in the apartment. I was distraught till now. They promised a refund but I got nothing back from them.

It was certainly clean and spacious. The hot water went off but was fixed extremely quickly, excellent response.
I did miss a mirror....not that I spend hours admiring myself but it caused difficulty in shaving and getting ready as I was also wearing a tie. A mirror is a must.
I missed a TV too.

The location to the airport was within 5 mins by bus, as we discovered. As the security locked coded front door on the ground floor was broken, we were told that we could walk straight into the apartment on the first floor and find the key in the Apartment on the table. On the downside the Apartment was advertised as the London Luxury Suites & Apartments, I was surprised to find that we ended up at the Voyager House Apartment which was located in an Industrial area.

My stay at the London Luxxury Apartments in Heathrow Airport was absolutely fantastic! The room was truly amazing! Large rooms with a full kitchen with all the utensils to cook ! Made the stay feel like home. Which saved us so much money also. We also had many restaurants close by so alll kind of food was available via Uber eats and deliveries from local restaurants
The proximity to the trains made exploring London a breeze, and the convenience factor was unbeatable. The apartment itself was stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for, and the service was top-notch. It truly made my trip memorable and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!

This was a cute little place nice and close to transit, and air port, stores for snacks within 15 min walk. The beds were so comfy, the place was clean, a coffee maker was lovely, shower was nice with a great pressure. The Terrence was nice to sit and have a coffee. Would stay here again!

We have booked this apartment for 6th June 2023 for 1 night through Booking.com. Booking was done in January 2023 and paid the full amount. When we arrived in London Heathrow airport on 6th evening, we contacted the person of the apartment for the key, he said there is no booking for us. We showed him the booking and payment details etc but he said he can't do anything. Not helpful at all. We contacted Booking.com customer service, but they couldn't arrange anything for us too. It as very disappointing and disgraceful. Very bad experience.

they only sent me the details at 5:15 PM, way too late:. THeu were supposed to send them by 2;15 pm at that time i had already gone to the Hatton Rd, never found the place and had already booked another hotel. I was still charged for a night in your place.
Prior to this (which should have been a red flag for me), all communications were impossible: the links to register were all non-existing.t
They shouldn't be allow to advertise on your site.

Very disappointed . Our room was very clean and comfortable.. Sharad bathroom was clean and comfortable . minor changes would definitely get me to book again. Right now I wouldn't recommend it
