Both Dinner and Breakfast were great, the room was very nice and a decent size. Bar staff on our first night were great, they never made us feel rushed even though we were the last ones in the bar!

We stay every year before heading to a festival. A little bit of comfort before sleeping in a tent. Every year the same fantastic level of comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed one night to break a long journey. Comfortable rooms and beds, free parking and wifi. Noisy "family orientated" public spaces - Alton Towers is nearby. Bar is expensive and restaurant isn't a restaurant - think pub grub - and is also over priced. Usual crowd smoking at the main foyer entrance. Breakfast is £20 pp and pretty good.
Pity really as a lot of money has gone into the interior design and decor and the estate is lovely and has some nature walks - not that anyone uses them.
