Location of this hotel is perfect! Very close to the beach and to town center. We were lucky enough with the room with the view of the river, very pretty. Enough parking spaces for everyone.

The hotel is set overlooking a picturesque gold course by the sea and is ideally situated in the centre of Bude, being a couple of minutes' walk from the shops and pubs/cafes and 5 mins or so walk to the main beach. Great room and friendly host. It is also less than 10 minute's walk to the bus stops towards Boscastle/Tintagel/Wadebridge and beyond. Good cooked breakfast as ell.

Great location with plenty of available parking both free and chargeable. Attractive guest house and room was a decent size. Saf the host was friendly and loved to talk cricket!

Julie and Richard are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast options are available if required and professionally prepared by Julie from continental choices to full cooked breakfast, we sampled both and were delicious and plentiful. We have stayed previously and will definitely stay again in the future.
I wish it was more accessible to get to
The road is very very narrow to walk down is dangerous with two cars coming either way! To drive down just as scary with some fast cars we saw.
But once down ( via fields ) and road
It had lovely landscaping .. great surfing there!
September so hard to say how busy it gets.. but it was fairly busy for mid sept mostly a lot of surfers not many swimmers

It's a great location for exploring north Cornwall and Devon. Lovely views and places to visit. We enjoyed it so much we stayed another week at Piran Meadows near Newquay to explore South Cornwall
