The location was excellent. Centre of Henley on Thames easy access to the river and shops. Lovely outdoor seating area well maintained and managed. Good as usual was good value and much cheaper than any of the surrounding places
Set within a 19th century manor house in the picturesque village of Cookham, the modern CIM Business Centre is ideally situated for business or leisure guests in the Thames Valley area.
Booking.com info is misleading. In relevant to my stay it clearly said pool was open. Then much further down said it wasn't. That's like saying it has free parking in headline terms then finding small print says it will cost £20 to park at this hotel. Information should be clear and kept up to date, not inaccurate, difficult to see and misleading No one will accept responsibility for this inaccuracy

Marlow is a great town with interesting shops and a great selection of places to eat. As it is on the Thames there are lovely walks along the river and even a place to rent small boats by the hour. We especially enjoyed The Ivy and the delicatessen/coffee shop. The Two Brewers pub had a great atmosphere and good food.

Picturesque town on banks of river Thames.
Picturesque town on banks of river Thames. Pretty high street. Lots of choice for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Lovely walks in several directions and along with many eateries being dog friendly, it makes for a great place to bring your dog. The only down side was the large number of huge cars which made the drive over the bridge a bit slow due to these cars having issues getting through the width restrictions.

Lovely little waterside town with loads and loads of different places to eat & drink.
Lots of parking and some beautiful riverside walks to help build an appetite or walk off food.
We ate at the The Hand & Flowers and it was well worth the trip. Yes it is pricey to eat there, but we went for the fixed menu lunch which was amazing. Highly recommended for that special occasion.
It was our first visit and we will be back.

Marlow is a lovely town close to the river.
Marlow is a lovely town close to the river. It has a good balance of high street retailers and small independent stores. Lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend spending a weekend there.
I felt really comfortable in the room, it was so cosy going back there after a nice meal out. Bathroom was great, hot water immediately and it was clean.
Downstairs there was a bar where we had breakfast. Excellent choice at breakfast. We also had a drink in the bar on arrival.
The hotel is ideally situated on the high street so not far to walk anywhere. Also if you drive there is an overnight car park just around the corner which is only a 3-4 min walk away.
Absolutely stunning hotel in a fantastic location. The building is like something out of a fairy tail from the driveway in up to the hotel. The grounds and the building itself are just perfect. The room we had was a standard room and we actually asked, upon leaving, if we had been upgraded it was that good but apparently no it was a standard. The staff were all fantastic and the food in the restaurant was some of the best we have ever had.
Bit of a mixed bag which isn't really the fault of the hotel. There is a sinkhole in the car park which has shut the restaurant to the public, but the hotel remains open. Because of this situation the hotel is managed on a part time basis by Ryan who give him his due performed admirably. Our room was lovely and I will stay again but we felt we missed out due to the sinkhole situation, which obviously is of no fault of the hotels.
perfect location with private on site parking. some staff were really good, professional and friendly. (Concierge/porter and breakfast staff). Others totally disinterested.
rooms are somewhat shabby and dated. Expensive but location is best in Marlow. For some reason main restaurant had 5 course sharing menu only- on a Tuesday night 🙄…. or bar snacks, so went to Indian restaurant which was very good with super staff.
The room was very nice, could have done with a mirror though, very large in barn across the road, very comfy bed, breakfast was excellent, limited choice, but put a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels to shame in terms of freshness, and presntation, all the staff very, very pleasant.
Perfect romantic getaway. Situated right on the river, our room looked out onto the weir towards the town. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic and reception staff and manager couldn't have been more helpful.
Plenty of free parking.
Room was a good size with all the usual things you would expect from a Premier Inn or Travelodge type hotel.
Nice view of the tennis courts.
Large comfy bed.
Bath shower with free toiletries.
My husband who is confined to a wheelchair said this hotel had one of the best accessible bathroom he had used, very spacious and all the hand rails in the right place plus a walk in shower with a chair "Brilliant".
The room and property far exceeded expectations and made the last day of our England vacation wonderful. Loved the ambiance of the room and property and especially all the little details.
Loved the staff, friendly and helpful. Loved the location, waking distance to everything in Marlow. Breakfast cooked to order. Nice selection of local beer. Nice bathroom and shower.
Location, the bar and restaurant, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Best breakfast we've had in a hotel, and the food was piping hot.
