Lytham St Anne's has a lot to offer for families with children and adults, with lovely sandy beaches sea front walks and plenty of things to see and do for all the family, Town centre shopping and places to eat and drink and great public transport links to Blackpool and Preston.
The Town of Lytham a mile from St Anne's and is very nice with a lovely square with outside seating for eating and drinking while listening to local musicians playing, a small town surround by various parks and gardens and a windmill located on the sea front area, well worth a visit.

Near to all the the restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Near to all the the restaurants, bars, and cafes. The town has lovely independent little shops to investigate. The Promenade is about 10 minutes walk away at a stroll which is very clean and refreshing with a large green area to one side and the beach to the other. If you want to to venture further afield the train station is just round the corner too. We had lunch at Ego's just round the corner and about 5 mins walk. It had a special Monday lunch menu so it was inexpensive and a bonus was we were able to sit outside.
The Bangkok Thai restaurant opposite the accommodation, provided a taste take-away. The second day we ate a mid afternoon late lunch/early tea at Zest. Again just round the corner. The seafood sharing platter was fabulous. Well worth a visit.
We used the train station and tram to go into Blackpool, to see a show and it was easy and hassle free. The property has adequate sized bedrooms. The beds are comfy and clean with a couple side tables and space to hang clothes. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook. The whole property was just beautiful and very clean. We hope to revisit soon.

We explored Lytham and Ansdell, though didn't get to St Annes on this trip. Loved the variety of independent shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
Had great meals at The Queens, Ego, and Prickly Pear, enjoyed coffee and people watching at Central Beach Cafe.
Loved exploring Lytham Hall for it's gardens, cafe and plant centre.
Although LSA is a busy area we always managed to find free parking.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and served quickly. The staff were very friendly and informative. Very relaxing clean hotel. Great location to St Anne's beach, shops, public transport outside to get to Blackpool and Lytham. I stayed in a twin room beds were very comfortable, room was immaculate, could of just done with a little more shelving in the bathroom but that's not a negative just a suggestion. Will definitely be back.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Good disabled facilities but no air conditioning in the bedroom and during a very hot stay, the heat affected my daughter’s health. Stunning outdoor area overlooking Lytham front and very close to the beautiful centre of Lytham. Very flat for people with access difficulties.
property was lovely, rooms comfortable but a little small (our fault though as we booked the compact double)
very well maintained and clean throughout.
we went to the Lytham festival and arrived back late but the hotel bar was still open and food was available until late which we thought was great.
The room was beautiful with sea view, perfect location. Short distance the the lytham beach, the prom, shops and bars.
The hotel meals was lovely, we had a lovely dinner and the staff are ever so friendly xx
