We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peat Inn. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent, as were the staff. Probably the best nights sleep, and a very comfortable matress, we have ever had! Breakfast served in our room was a nice touch too.
Would highly recommend!

Wonderful little guest house in Leven-Fife, with access to nearby shops and amenities. Right next to the sea with a 30 second stroll to a beautiful view across th water. The service was fantastic as Carrol di a wonderful job of settling me in and accomadating an early breakfast after driving up from Birmingham. Lots of street based car park space, very quiet rooms, warm, great light but great options for shutting out the light for a decent nights sleep. Overall a great experience, and excceptional value for money, with great service as well.

An excellent family house - beautifully clean, well-equipped kitchen, a lovely log burner, very comfortable beds, loads of space and a great play room for the children. Liz could not be more welcoming and is always on hand to answer questions and meet the needs of her guests. She and JP are the perfect hosts.

We loved the lounge with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV with lots of side tables to use. The room was quite large and so was the apartment itself. The place was ideally situated for beach walking and along the fife coast. There is a Hotel nearby the Old Manor that you can eat in, if you didn't fancy cooking.

Room and ensuite were clean. Lots of choice at breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive.
We stayed for two nights to visit St Andrews and Edinburgh. We dined out each time.
I would have preferred a sea view. There was a fair bit of road noise. For the price it was a good stay. There was no ev car charging point at the hotel, nearest was St Andrews.

The room was amazing.
The room was amazing. Beautifully decorated and massive with fantastic view of the golf course and the sea! Loved having French doors out to the veranda!
Breakfast was good with many things on offer.
Staff pleasant and helpful but had to ask for things rather than being offered .. just a minor detail but attentiveness is always good in hospitality 👍
On the down side was arrived in the dark and it was also raining. The car park is not well lit and full of pot holes so I was glad I was not wearing my good shoes! Again just something to be looked at👍😊
The incredible (with generous portions) food, warm hospitality, authentic decor, convenient location, very friendly staff and the owner/chef Tony, more than met our expectations, The Upper Largo is a class act!!! Everything was above average for sure! This business has been nominated for Scotland’s Business of the Year for 2022, the area of Fife in Leven ( in case you would want to note for them). They deserve that recognition! We loved it there!
The view from our hotel room was brilliant especially as we had such good weather, hotel room decor was tasteful and clean. the views across the forth and beyond is just perfect, especially first thing in the morning sitting on the balcony having a cup of tea. The hotel receptionist was excellent, nice easy and efficient check in. Lady with the foreign accent (sorry we didn’t get your name) who works on reception is a credit to the hotel.
The situation of the hotel was beautiful, with stunning views onto the golf course and the Firth of Forth. The food was very enjoyable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The building and grounds were well maintained and it felt very comfortable to be there. There are a lot of small galleries and artist studios in Lower Largo and along the East Neuk which make for lovely places to visit.
It's in a lovely location overlooking the golf course and Firth of Firth beyond and a great base for exploring the Fife coast. There was an extensive and excellent breakfast menu. I'd recommend the porridge with cream! We also had dinner one evening which was very good. Restaurant staff were extremely helpful. Our room had a wonderful view.
Breakfast was excellent, very complete Scottish breakfast, very well presented.
The location was excellent with ample parking nearby. Route to location was through very attractive countryside and there was a good choice of local pubs for meals. I am pleased to recommend this B&B to others looking for a spot close to St Andrews.
Matt is an incredible host : it was a pleasure to be taken care of by him. I usually book hotels instead of B&B ("chez l'habitant"), but here I was delighted by the stay.
I slept as a baby in a very comfortable bed.
The accommodation in front of the sea was lovely.
Very good breakfast.
Friendly and well positioned hotel, easy walk to the beach and Lower Largo. The room was comfortable, food in the restaurant excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly. Great place to stay...especially good if you feel like a saunter up nearby Largo Law - fabulous views.
Having stayed here before, I always look to see if it's available first when I visit the area. It's a lovely hotel, great views, fantastic staff who are always helpful and the food is great. Rooms are of a great standard and always clean. Great value for money.
The room was comfortable with a good size TV. The bathroom was reasonable size and had a good shower. The view from our balcony was very good.
The restaurant menu in the hotel was very good and the food was tasty.
Everything at Seascape was exceptional from the delicious, customized breakfast to the comfortable and clean facility. The location is picturesque and convenient to travel around Fife. Fantastic stay!
This was a great hotel with extremely friendly staff who really made guests feel welcome. Room was very clean and cosy, food was great, very dog friendly and good value for money.
The staff were fantastic, the room was immaculate, a genuinely dog friendly establishment and the food was amazing. A genuine 10 minute walk from the beach and Fife Coastal Path
I am familiar with this hotel having eaten there many times over years however this was our first stay because it is in a convenient location for a function we were attending.
Fantastic room with a balcony and stunning views
Friendly staff, great evening meal
Full Scottish breakfast was a treat
Would definitely recommend the old Manor Hotel
