Perfect stop-over re heading into (deepest) Wales ..
from far-flung Scotland! Parking spot-on, and check-in/Reception very good - thanks to Meg for
her very enthusiastic and warm welcome - and nothing too much bother attitude. Room seemed recently refurbished; clean, bedding immaculate (always good!) and overall inviting - though very small! Dinner excellent; fish and chips, delicious .. service and attention from server, Kate, first class .. great customer service, and engaging. Breakfast superb!! Overall, great stay … certainly no complaints.

Beautiful quiet spot, great privacy, good location and very helpful staff.
Check-in was easy and the staff seem very nice. For a budget hotel this was a lot better than some other "lodges" I have stayed at! It wasn't noisy despite being next to a petrol station and a lorry yard. The breakfast was great.
Very welcoming staff member, lovely and clean communal area and room, comfortable beds and plenty of soft towels, very hot water, no glass or plastic tumbler in the bathroom which was my only gripe. Buffet breakfast was cracking plenty to choose from and all this from a budget price hotel, we will definitely be returning.
The room was clean and comfortable, the gentleman on reception was friendly and polite. The breakfast was OK and had a good variety of options. not amazing quality but then it is free in a budget hotel, so can't expect gourmet. It met if not exceeded our expectations in the sense it was spacious and clean.
This was a fairly basic hotel but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We received a warm welcome and although it was near a garage/shop and a main road it was very quiet during the night. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. All in all it was excellent value for money.
The host was very welcoming and we have a nice conversation. He was knowledgable about the area and recommended some things to do.
The room was warm and the beds were very comfortable, I slept very well. The whole place was very quiet and the hotel is quite isolated.
Location was great as we were visiting Cheshire but Chester was too expensive. Room was standard but perfectly fine. It was handy that the hotel (although in the sticks) was next door to a petrol station with a convenience store.
For the price this hotel is exceptional- big rooms with comfortable beds - everywhere was clean and well kept and the man on reception could not be more welcoming and helpful - breakfast was good too with lots of choice
Very welcoming gentleman running the hotel qnd couldn't do enough for me and my family, facilities were great and was very useful having the shop next door at the petrol station
Conrad the hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was great for our trip. The price was really good. Breakfast was value for money.
Wonderful guest house in the middle of Little Leigh. Comfy beds and friendly hotel manager who is clear at communicating all hotel times, breakfasts and amenities.
