The view from tent 3 is fantastic. I'm not sure about the seating arrangements. I ended up moving one of the sofas so we could sit facing out the window to enjoy the view. It was a bit of a wet weekend so it was really nice to sit and admire the view and watch the boats and ferries passing. There could be a solution there if the tv was moved into the corner but I'm sure the set up is best place to maximise the use of the space for everyone over the whole season.
We will be back it was really enjoyable.
A baby or travel cot option would have been nice and one or two usb sockets here and there.

On entering ' Nevis' it got a WOW from both of us. It is very well appointed a kitchen area that was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The decor is very tasteful, carpets, curtains, lamps, ornaments, books and local information all very tasteful and extremely well throughout. Nothing brand new or plastic but everything immaculately clean. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. A pleasure and privilege to have stayed here. The views are stunning and beyond description. As close to perfection as is comfortable.

The cottage is spacious with a large log burner (not needed luckily due to the weather!), comfy sofas and a dining area. there is some outside seating and the kitchen is well equipped. There is lots of space for parking and wonderful views onto the coast. The location is great for both the Fishnish ferry and the Craignure ferry and although it is quite isolated its location it is only a short drive to either Salen or Craignure for supplies and coffee shops etc. Lovely walks available right from the door of the the cottage up the hill or down in Fishnish forest where there is also a wildlife hut you can sit in and watch for Otters, Sea Eagles, herons and a lot more!
Situated in Craignure, Craignure Inn offers a bar. The inn features both free WiFi and free private parking. At the inn, rooms are equipped with a wardrobe.
A good location to explore Ross of Mull and Mull South.
A good location to explore Ross of Mull and Mull South. There is not much in way of shops until Craignure and Salen. Definately get some mussels from the Mussel shack up the road to cook up in But n Ben. For walking the dogs Loch side towards Croggan or just back up to main road is a nice car park with a gravelled walk.

Only 10 minutes drive from the ferry port at Craignure, where there is a small shop which seems to have one of everything which is open until 5pm, and the Craignure Inn (which we didn't use).
Roads on Mull are small, mostly single track with passing places so don't expect to get anywhere quickly.
We went on a wildlife trip with Andrew from 'Wildlife on Mull' which we would highly recommend.
Iona is worth the trip, interesting history and lovely views.

great place for exploring southern and central Mull. main road runs through the village but if you leave the road it's beautiful and very peaceful. loads of bird life and apparently a hotspot for otters though we didn't see any. Did see curlew, marsh harrier, deer in a brief stroll though.
