Beautiful location and especially the view. The sea-countryside- the cows in the fields- lots of seating in and outside. Idyllic.

The apartment was spacious with spectacular views. It was clean with comfortable & stylish furnishings. We didn't do much in the way of cooking as the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and a fair price. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with the added touch of a pint of milk, tea, coffee & sugar . The staff were polite & helpful. The lift was an added benefit for those who have mobility issues.
If you forget your beach towel you can hire them at reception.

The staff and facilities were excellent and both Achmed and Washim in the bar/restaurant were especially very friendly and helpful - everyone made it a most enjoyable stay form my family.

The accommodation was OK because the deficiencies in the room by the discounted price were allowed. This Pub, however, seems to be ASBO central, Wadebridge. If you dine in a bar that is, by day, full of feral children or try and sleep in a room where all you can hear are loud-mouthed, high-volume drunks (Midweek), obscene language, motorbikes and cars being revved up and then run around the block, fights being threatened. Each to their own (I am a petrolhead and a biker), but these are idiots. If the landlord had any spine, they would be barred to prevent the Pub from getting closed down by the police. If you like that kind of thing stay here.
Situated in Padstow, 2.2 km from Brea Beach and 2.7 km from Daymer Bay Beach, Drang house all rooms have stairs features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

The ambience was lovely.
Spacious
Very comfortable
Perfect location
The key is in the name "Little," Petherick. There is not very much here. As far as I know the only two public buildings are a small hotel and restaurant and the church. There are other attractions nearby but you will need a car to get to them. The main road through the village is small and twisty and dangerous for pedestrians. This is a great location from which to explore. Using your bike will mean a stiff climb to start the day. There is a bus service through the village between Padstow and Wadebridge which runs regularly but not frequently. Most people will use their cars to get about.
