Short wait to sit down. Waitress smiled and explained short staffed so we knew the situation.
Breakfast had different options. They could cater for gluten free and vegetarian so that is a big plus. My partner was able to order a smaller portion breakfast for a cheaper amount despite his age the one day which suited our timetable. So that was good and flexible.
The staff in hotel all very friendly and polite and made sure we had everything we needed.
