I loved how clean the rooms were, the apartment had a very lovely set up and was just completely amazing, the staff were amazing and check up on us and ensured us that if we ever had a problem they were available.

Location for M&S bank arena was perfect also for the parking too. Very reasonable price for city centre location, rooms clean and spacious.

Great location by the docks and perfect for the Waterfront Festival we attended. Also nice and quiet compared to many of the city centre hotels. Breakfast was very good and most staff were good. Shower very good.

The host was great and the apartment was modern and had everything we needed for cooking/cleaning. Mattresses were comfy and all bedding/towels were clean. The pillows weren’t great, they were a lot thicker than what we’re used to.
There was definitely no garden views, we were looking onto an old building which looks due for demolition (see photos). The car Park was dirty.... dog poo and a used condom Right next to the car.
There were no curtains either so if you rely on darkness to get/keep kids asleep this isn’t the apartment for you. It would be fine for adults though and location was good.
