The location is ideal and close to Gloucester. There are several villages to look around and a quick 20 min drive, and you're in the Forest of Dean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food served fresh daily, portion sizes are great! Nice beers are on sale, and the 'what's on' board is full weekly. We saw an open mic session but missed the bingo.

Excellent communication regarding check in by the wonderful Maggie. Lovely touches that make such a difference like fresh milk in the fridge, a hair dryer that worked, good lighting and a make up mirror. Had we needed anything, I’m confident Maggie would have sorted it. It was exceptionally clean.

I could have paid nearly twice as much to stay in the grotty Premier Inn up the road, so this place was a real find. It was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. On the edge of Ross, but very private and quiet. It even had Sky! The bed was insanely comfortable and the shower was excellent. The Electric vehicle charger was a real bonus. Danii went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and this was much appreciated. A brilliant find.
