It’s easy for Terminal 5 via the pods. Staff very nice, rooms very clean. We always use this hotel when using T5. Restaurant very good. Runway views from bar balcony and added bonus.

Everything was fine except drain in shower. Even with water off between soap and rinse, water level got ankle deep.

Location was excellent!! So close to Windsor Castle! We walked to dinner at The Boatman and it was an easy walk (dinner was superb!).

We loved that we could walk to the town and Eton no no problem but if you are nite active could be a little far away nice it’s away from all the people and traffic.
Staff amazing they were very friendly and considerate with us.

The hotel was in an excellent location to visit Windsor Castle, the restaurants around it were really good, the hotel was spotless clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and they left a card and chocolates, they also upgraded us which was brilliant.
A big thank you to the hotel for being very accommodating by upgrading our room, leaving a birthday card & chocolates for my husband, moving car park spaces and not charging us for the car park space due to us scuffing our alloy - so a big thank you to the hotel it was really appreciated.
