Excellent warm welcome with a pot of tea and scones. House in the middle of 5 acers of grass with variety of trees and bushes. Good written directions easy to find miles from roads and houses. A very pleasant stay that proved easy to access Exmoor National Park. Facilities very good, plenty of hot water and the breakfast outstanding.
