Having known this before as a Premier Inn, many years ago, it’s obvious that the new owners have not updated nor paid any attention whatsoever to the “guest experience” it states 3* but it’s not even worth 1*
the decor is reminiscent of how it was many, many years ago as a Premier Inn
the bed is tired, uncomfortable and you can feel every ridge, I actually hurt from laying in the bed.
the pillows are as flat as a Witches (you get the idea) I had to use 4 just to get some comfort.
the bathroom stinks of mould and damp, I actually went to a health club to get a shower.
Maybe the owners should not concentrate as much on their Premium venue in Wrea Green NOTEL NOT HOTEL. Very disappointed EX customer.

Was surprised by the outside as Experian old manor type house but still pleasant. Once inside we were greeted with a smile. Loved the bar area facing the reception. The room was lovely and everywhere else was more than I could have hoped for. The food and service was outstanding as was all the staff. Thank you for making a much needed break, with my daughter who is going through a difficult time at present, outstanding

A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms only let down by the fact if you want to check in early it will cost you £15 and when we arrived later in the evening the hotel's reception was empty and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in,

Kirkham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Blackpool, as due to Covid breakfast was not available in The VIllas express, we drew to Blackpool and had our excellent breakfast. Because we planned to have a day out in Blackpool.

We stayed at this hotel as an alternative, however our stay was really very good, wasn’t overwhelmed by Kirkham, though we visited family and friends at Wrea Green and Lytham, just a few miles away.
Quite impressed by the hotel.
On arrival we asked to be moved as we could not access the shower due to disabilities and were promptly moved no issues.
Staff was great really friendly and accommodating.
Located just off the M55 motorway junction was convenient, and a lot quieter at night than expected being just off the motorway junction and on the main road to Kirkham and Wesham, which was not bad considering our room was facing to road.
Plenty of parking.
Spacious property in a good location at the centre of kirkham
Newly refurbished, everything you needed for a very comfortable stay

Lovely modern, clean hotel. Good location for us near Blackpool but very quiet. Staff went above and beyond and accommodated us in a suite with a bath for our little girl.
Superb location, handy for all the local amenities in Blackpool, Lytham etc.
Parking on site, great pub/restaurant next door.
Hotel clean and bed comfy. Staff lovely.
