Very smart hotel, with a modern aesthetic. Felt at home, with a thoroughly warm welcome from the staff at the door, and at reception. The suite we stayed in was an upgrade, and had the most incredible views of the London eye.
Located on the south side of the River Thames, 650 metres from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs.

The room was comfort, big enough, perfect for a family of 5 people! We had almost every day complimentary small bottles of water. We didn't have river view, but it was ok.
The view of the river from breakfast area was amazing!
Large buffet for breakfast with great variety of food. Fried eggs or pancakes can be requested from the staff.
The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from tube station. Outside from the hotel there is a bus stop, which is convenient. There is a small supermarket (Tesco) 1 minute walking distance from the hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

They lie about the £50 credit just for people to give a gd review whether honesty or lies but Yh there’s no service and I have to go outside to use my phone and they have a tiny kitchen and the Tv just says no internet connection and it’s far from a train station

The Host seemed very Dodgy.
The Host seemed very Dodgy. Booked my place , but when I turned up, there was NO vacancy. The host NEVER came to see me in person. Used a Lycra mobile phone- which is difficult to track.
He was directing me to book elsewhere.
Avoid with a Bargepole.
Not felt SAFE overthere.
