Only stayed 2 days. Dropped Car off at Airport, then wanted to be close to airport as was travelling couple days later. Being close meant getting to airport on day of travel was not going to be an issue with traffic, also found that we could catch the train from Hatton Cross to Terminal 2.

OVERPRICED WITH UNHELPFUL STAFF.
OVERPRICED WITH UNHELPFUL STAFF. ROOMS AND BATHROOM WERE DIRTY. AIR CON WAS BROKEN.. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE FRONT OF HOUSE THE MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ME A GOODWILL GESTURE. BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD TAKE IT UP WITH BOOKING.COM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I USED TO STAY HERE ALOT. THEIR STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED WAY BELOW PAR. USE AS A LAST RESORT IF YOU ARE DESPERATE

The bed was to die for - I want one!
The bed was to die for - I want one! The toiletries were out of this world. Breakfast included was amazing, with plenty to choose from and very helpful, friendly staff. The U3 bus from Heath Row Central was ok but could be problematic for some travellers when dealing with heavy suitcase(s). We will do it again next visit to the UK. Useful as a stop-over before a long flight home!

This is a great old-style comfortable hotel with unique marble floors, chandeliers and Eastern artefacts. It was a perfect spot to rest before an early flight the next morning. The room had excellent sound-proofing and the bed was comfortable, The spa was a delightful free of additional charge amenity we hadn´t expected, with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi -- all tastefully done and spotlessly clean! We had a very nice meal at the Bistro... The location is very convenient for the airport. All in all very satisfied with our experience.

This is a great location if your flight has been cancelled and you want to be easy reach of terminal 2 and 3 . Unfortunatly when advertising the room they do not tell you that the rooms have no windows if I had know this I would not have booked a room their having no windows increase my level of anxiety due to fear of fire and concerning about breathing . The lounge had a frosted window but you could still not see out . The cost of this windowless box was to expensive .

I would use their shuttle next time.
I would use their shuttle next time. It was discouraged with an excuse of a lot of people using it so they ordered us a ride for the next morning come to find out they get a kick back for all the rides they recommend. No wonder they didn’t want us to use the free shuttle and we had to pay
The buffet breakfast wasn’t great either but it’s cheaper to order ahead then walk in
Great for an airport hotel! This place was LIVELY. Many of the flight crew and larger parties were staying here. The room was properly quiet however. This place would be a 10/10 if it hadn't been a bit "broken in" by prior guests. It does have really nice and well thought out finishes, and is very clean; but guests have abused the property some. The bed, shower, and bathroom were all very comfortable. It's spacious for an airport hotel. They have proper TV channels for the area. Check in and out were simple.
The hotel had only been open 3 days when we visited, so was naturally bright and clean. Staff were polite at all times and even whilst they were still learning some of the system they would hold a conversation and not leave you waiting in silence.
Rooms are very spacious with comfortable large bed and there is no noise from the aircraft’s flying close overhead.
The location to Hatton Cross is excellent to be able to jump straight into the Piccadilly line of the tube and be in central London in 40 mins.
I keep on coming back for the fabulous spacious rooms, and all importantly, the well appointed kitchen. I am a frequent traveller, and prefer to do a quick meal for myself than eat out. the filter coffee is a very nice touch - well done Staybridge, you got everything right.
This time I was not flying out but it was the cheapest exceptional (in my opinion) hotel in London. With the Elizabeth line making travel to Heathrow so accessible, I imagine my hidden diamond won’t stay that way long.
Ideally located to London Heathrow airport and MUCH cheaper than a night in a hotel on the airport grounds. There is an exceptionally good chip-shop a short walk up the road who were very friendly and the food was amazing. The water in the rooms was a nice touch, but it was body-temperature as it had been sat in a warm, sunny room all day. We managed to book the room for a very low price and served as nothing more that a crash-pad before an early flight the next day.
Nice clean, comfortable hotel close to Heathrow. We had a late flight into London (Luton) and were flying out the next day from Heathrow, and this was exactly what we needed at the end of a long trip. The room was comfortable, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast was very good (much better than expected). If you are looking for a quick place to stay near the airport, I would absolutely recommend staying here.
Great Lille find and excellent value for money.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Friendly efficient staff and excellent location only a 15 minute walk to Ruislip Māori where there are bars, shops & restaurants.Plus tube station into London.
Also behind the Hotel there is a train station.
It has its own bar and has complimentary continental breakfast.
When we were there the Hotel was getting refurbished on the outside.
This isn’t the Ritz.
Having said that it is a lovely secluded haven in busy Uxbridge, 20 minutes from Heathrow.
There is a good bar and restaurant, we ate out on the deck watching the canal boats glide by.
A good continental breakfast (cereal, croissants, yoghurt and fresh milk) was supplied.
We would definitely stay again, as it is handy to Heathrow and a very reasonable price.
I had to travel from Scotland to London as my husband took seriously unwell on a transatlantic flight and was taken to hospital near the hotel, which is why I chose it. The staff were excellent and so helpful to someone who has never been to London before. I would most definitely like to return, however for a nicer reason - thank you The Red Lion, you made a hard trip easier. Mrs Morrison
easily accessible from Hillingdon or Uxbridge stations and U2/U4 buses.
good communication with the staff (self check in and check out - I didn’t see anyone during my stay).
the room was tiny but good for one person and a short stay. 2 might be too much.
bathroom small but clean.
bed was confortable.
all commodities available : fridge, TV, tea kettle, towels, soap, etc.
Lovely property so close to Heathrow Terminal 2 - Great dinner and restaurant and bar guys were excellent-very smiley and helpful. For people wanting local bus service take bus 105 (Uxbridge) from Plat 19 - first stop is Hotel near entrance pathway and return to Terminal 2 on U3 at same stop and direct 10mins to terminal. Will stay again when flying out of Terminal 2
Hotel was clean and nice, simple really cozy rooms,if you like nice warm space it is perfect for you😊.
Personal was awsome. Specialy the old gentleman in reception was really lovely.
Ruislip is really nice place and tube is so close so travel to center of london was really good.
I recommend this place, hope to visit them again❤️.
For an airport Hotel in Greater London area the hotel restaurant and its manager (Clek Vaz) exceeded all of expectations. It is amazing how one man’s personality, wit, knowledge and willingness to engage with customers in conversations can create the whole atmosphere in a large room. Special thanks to him.
Very friendly staff! Clean room and clean facilities. Loved the last minute accommodation and the proximity to the Airport! Good value for the money. Will definitely book again and recommend this hotel if you need a nice, clean place to stay close to Heathrow Airport in London :)
Close to tube station to get into London, easy for the airport, family room was a decent size and the hotel has a shop, restaurant and even fusball table outside for playing with the kids. I thought this was a great location for a stop off before or after a flight.
Very friendly and helpful staff; convenient location next to the train station with direct trains to Heathrow (~15 mins ride) and the center of London (~25 mins ride to Paddington). Trains go every 10 mins. Decent size supermarket right next to the hotel.
room tiny and poorly maintained with old and poorly maintained fittings - bed was ok, clean sheets and towels - tv ok - wifi ok - no window but I expected that - £35 for the night i suppose was cheap for the London area
Overnight stay between flights. Very accommodating. Easy access to train to London for a night at the theater. Back to hotel. Easy access back to terminal for our flight.
