Friendly, efficient check in. Room bright, clean and spacious. Nice hot shower. Had evening meal and breakfast, both were exceptionally lovely meals. Generous portions and tasty. Traffic from main road didn't bother us at all. Big car park, easy to get to. Value for money.

What a fantastic gem, i booked my 'older' parents into here on a busy bank holiday weekend, the owners were attentive and welcoming despite their busyness...breakfast was fantastic and they were accommodating to a 'fussy' mother. Allowing me to join them on their last morning, even thou the venue was not open was very apricated. thank you

Friendly owner who was able to recommend great places to eat and visit. And a wonderful unique building with a fabulous garden and glorious views. Overall a really lovely weekend in a fabulous rural setting.

Accommodation is very much off the beaten track and you definitely need to add time onto any direction times given by the sat nav as the roads are tiny. But it is worth persevering. Some lovely pubs to eat at (would recommend booking) and beautiful villages to explore. Great place to also start for some of the larger tourist destinations around Devon and Somerset (once you are off the village roads).
