Given complimentary breakfast, on arrival and check-in the service was great. Location was good for our night out at the stadium for a concert. Rooms were of good size and bed linen and towels clean and fresh. Both rooms booked were next to each other, and communication to request if this was possible was easy.

Novotel London Wembley is just a 5-minute walk from Wembley Stadium and Arena. It features a small but well-equipped gym and free WiFi.

What a great place and amazing staff. Checked-in earlier without paying extra fees. Secure place, great breakfast with lots of Vegan options.

Location to Wembley stadium was ideal and the hotel was nice and relatively modern. The room was much more spacious than other city hotels. The two staff members we encountered on the front desk were very friendly and polite. An ideal hotel for a short stay. We stayed over a busy weekend (Taylor Swift) so this was a very overpriced stay, even booking as far in advance as we did. However there were unpleasant looking hotels nearby that were more expensive so we were happy with the price and stay overall.

breakfast and dinner was really good! some staff were extremely friendly and welcoming like the girl who checked me in on the 21st June, the bar tender that worked the same night and the woman with the blonde hair that worked the breakfast shifts…they were so nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 full days. The hotel is good and met our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly and I would especially mention the receptionist BUSHRA who was friendly, helpful and charming The location of the hotel is very good, 200 meters from the Piccadilly metro line. Near the hotel is a great Italian restaurant at good prices called Villa Toscana. Of course recommended by BUSHRA. The Ealing Broadway neighborhood center is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
