Light airy room. Breakfast and dinner bought there were good. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially as I had a small mobility scooter that needed charging at night.

There was no breakfast, tea and coffee in room only. The bed was very comfortable, the en-suite facilities were very clean, but small. The room was small, with only one chair- a plastic-covered dining chair. The entrance and parking were difficult to get in and out of, and it was out of town, on a busy, fairly noisy road. The lady herself was pleasant,
and helpful, but says she cannot do breakfast, as she cannot get staff. Not sure where she would have done it anyway, as all tyhe property seemed to be letting rooms. We had booked for three nights, but only stayed for one, as the accommodation was unsuitable for us.

A quaint village close to Totnes with easy car access to Dartmouth and Salcombe. Lanes leading to it are narrow but one way traffic in and out. It has a pub should you not want to travel far for evening meal.

Harberton is small but has character made not only by the location and layout but by the very friendly people. It isn't a place for those looking for entertainment but if you want to relax then just perfect and convenient for site seeing The Hams and South Devon.
Beautiful, comfortable barn and charming, welcoming host! Francesca (and Bella the dog) could not have been better. Great cooked breakfast with fresh, local produce. Back in the area where I grew up for a funeral, lovely to revisit old haunts, see old friends, and Francesca was so kind and interested. If you are new to the area, so easy to access both coast and Dartmoor. Local pubs great, need to prebook The Cott in Dartington even midweek as very popular. Would highly recommend a visit to Church Barn!
The location was beautiful. The host greeted us on arrival and was fantastic, giving advice on places to eat and visit. The breakfast was on another level, superb. The bed was super comfy, lovely touches such as tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, mint and water in the room.listening to the church clock was lovely. Can't thank Francesca and the lovely Bella enough for a memorable stay.
Nestled in a pretty village a couple of miles from Totnes this B&B is an idyllic get away. The host was warm and inviting, the room clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely sheets to sleep in. The host also has a gorgeous dog who loves cuddles (and breakfast tit bits) and is very much part of this B&B experience.
Everything about Church Barn was excellent. Francesca makes you feel welcome from the moment you step into the cottage to the moment you leave. Impeccably clean and an absolutely fantastic location.
The village is beautiful and the people are very friendly.
Breakfast is perfect with absolutely top sausages.
The bed was very comfortable.
The beauty of the village setting was fully matched by Church Barn itself and the spacious, well-appointed and comfortable bedroom in particular. In the owner, Francesca, I hope we have made a friend for life as, without a trace of formality, she was the perfect warmly welcoming hostess.
Excellent breakfast. Superb location - very peaceful. Francesca fabulous host ably assisted by Bella (canine host). Friendly pub serving good food within very short walk of property.
