Richard and Matt were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Both very very customer focused and I’m making a great success on the B&B here.
Didn’t like anything about the hotel. Grubby and stank of smoke in the room.
Breakfast timing is ridiculous. Considering it’s a airport hotel it should accommodate people who have arrived very early into the morning and require a later breakfast.
Parking is available but at a cost of £12 per night is excessive.

Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage.
Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage. Been texting sent photo evidence multiple times. No response at all. Very disappointed. Understand mistakes happen but when you are not able to use the prime requirements of ‘getaway with hot tub’ and no BBQ as promised it’s just not in. I expect a full refund.

Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.
We needed to stay close to Manchester Airport because we had an early morning flight. This is only 7 minutes away from the airport and was a perfect location. Easy to find.
We were greeted by friendly staff at check-in, and the room was immaculate along with tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Breakfast had that much choice for hot and cold food/drink. Cereal, cooked breakfast, fruit, toast, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice and even milk.
You have to pay for parking, which is £12
I would recommend this hotel
My sister brought me to the hotel and then stayed to have dinner with me before she left. I really appreciated that the hotel gave her free parking since I was staying overnight. The breakfast was very good- cooked as well as continental and lots of space in cafeteria. The room was spacious and quiet. I really liked that the person checking me in booked the shuttle for me for the next day without my even having to ask him. Overall, very happy with the hotel.
It was a 5 minute walk from Manchester Airport station - the crossing to the hotel is over a busy road but a little further past the hotel are traffic lights where you can cross safely.
The breakfast was well prepared and had both a full-English and continental options, the restaurant itself has really nice seats and open lay out.
The sheets of my room were very fresh and the bed well made.
The receptionist ‘Ares’ was incredibly pleasant on my arrival.
Everything was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Next time I'll make sure that I arrive in time for dinner as well. Just for info, £10 in a taxi from Manchester airport railway station to hotel, taxi hotel to terminal 2 £16. There were lots of little extras in the room, tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, spring water. Fresh milk in a fridge next to reception.
All the staff were fab as we had quite a late check-in. We thought we could park the car at the hotel for the 3 days we were away however we couldn't. Panic set-in and we spoke to Mustaffa on check-in who was fab and arranged parking for our vehicle. Please pass our greatest thanks to Mustaffa who made a bad situation a good one:)
Very good location next to Manchester Airport. Excellent room clean and tidy, very quiet. Good breakfast. Excellent and very friendly check in staff. Free transport to the airport terminal of your choice. A really great package. Highly recommended. I will definitely use this hotel next time we fly from Manchester. A keeper!
Comfortable room with all the expected facilities. Hotel linked to a San Carlo restaurant, which was terrific. All staff very friendly. Good option for travelers flying from Manchester Airport......better than the Premier Inn and Clayton Hotel, also business travelers as direct access onto M56 junction 6.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
Couldn’t be more convenient for terminal 2, literally a minute walk, yet no noise from flights at all. Food and bar choices very good, room very clean and although hotel was very busy, it was quiet. Would stay again when flying from Manchester.
Actually they let us wait till midnight and tell us to go another hotel because they give our room to someone else and they don’t have enough rooms available and by the way paid the fees up front in booking
Spotlessly clean , friendly helpful staff . The food in the restaurant was very good and the hotel location for the terminal was good. We will definitely use the Crowne in our future flights from Manchester
The reception staff were polite and efficient, as were the restaurant staff.
The hotel's location, the main reason for booking, was fantastic for entering T2 at Manchester airport.
Quiet and spacious room. Within easy reach of our Terminal via the Hotel transfer service. All in all a relaxing stay. Will stay here again when we next fly from Manchester Airport
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the airport from this hotel, which is great! WiFi worked well.
